Home Delivered Meals: Provides nutritious meals to residents who are homebound, unable to prepare adequate meals for themselves or their spouse, or those returning home after a stay in the hospital or rehabilitation unit and are now in need of assistance in maintaining adequate nutrition. Vial of Life: Records pertinent medical information and essential details that will aid caregivers, emergency response teams, and hospital personnel in providing appropriate medical treatment during unexpected health-related events. Click for more information.
Way to Go: This service is based on volunteers providing essential rides to Fairfield Glade residents who are at least 60 years old, do not drive, or have a medical condition that prevents them from driving. It provides transportation for “essential” rides such as doctors’ appointments, shopping, beauty and barber shop, banks, attorneys, accountants, and pharmacies for only $6 per round trip.
