Introduction

Fairfield Glade, nestled in the rolling hills of Tennessee, is renowned for its scenic beauty, vibrant social scene, and welcoming atmosphere. As the community continues to attract visitors from across the nation, the need for structured hospitality has grown. In response, Fairfield Glade Resident Services manages an Ambassador Program, a unique initiative dedicated to ensuring every visitor experiences the warmth and neighborliness that define the Fairfield Glade Community.

Purpose of the Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is designed to create a lasting, positive impression on visitors and newcomers. The Program’s primary goal is to provide visitors with personalized guidance, local insights, and genuine connections, making their visit both enjoyable and informative. By informing visitors about community amenities, events and services, the Ambassador Program acts as a bridge between visitors and residents, fostering a spirit of inclusion and goodwill.

How the Ambassador Program Works

If visitors would like to schedule an in-person meeting with a Fairfield Glade Ambassador, please go to website: https://www.fairfieldglade.com/become-a-resident  Then, at the bottom of the page, click on “Meet with an Ambassador”, complete and submit the online form. Once the request is submitted, visitors will be contacted by an Ambassador within 1-3 days. Ambassadors serve as friendly points of contact, answering questions and recommending things to do or see.

 

Upon arrival—for onsite visits to Fairfield Glade—visitors will connect with a Fairfield Glade Resident Services Ambassador. Ambassadors are resident volunteers who are passionate about sharing their love for their community. As residents, they can answer questions about living in the community, and they can provide information about amenities such as golf courses, hiking trails, racquet sports, plus retail and dining venues in the community and surrounding area.

Becoming a Fairfield Glade Ambassador

Residents interested in becoming Fairfield Glade Residence Services Ambassadors participate in a brief orientation covering local history, amenities, and hospitality best practices. The Program is open to all who are enthusiastic, friendly and eager to help others as they search for a compatible community to reside in. The Director of Ambassadors interviews prospective new Ambassadors and determines the number of Ambassadors needed based on the volume of requested visitor meetings.  Ambassadors’ involvement with prospective visitors depends on the visitor’s requested level of involvement, from information delivered via email, phone or text, to meeting visitors in-person during their visit.
